I am looking into supporting your amazing work on Patreon! Which tier gives access to All The Lonely People?
Much love to you, thanks for the fabulous work you've done!!!
Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this VN. I think it's amazing, beautiful, touching, immersive and well-crafted.
SPOILERS
That being said,
I have to say that this r18 scene should not have taken place. I know everyone was waiting for it, it was teased for so long after all. But them being intimate with each other and unraveling the whole truth to MC is simply very distasteful. It's a very cheap way to make the scene so much more impactful, but after that I simply cannot even imagine the end-game ship to be Rannok x MC. I simply cannot.
Let's not lie to ourselves, Ranok practicly used MC for his pleasure right there to then dump the whole truth on him and to leave him soon. After that there's no reason for them to be together in the future. To put it bluntly it's betreayal of trust on so many levels and a violation of MC's body.
I just assume Ranok and MC are to end up together in the end, but that whole situation was too deep of a cut to forget about it and love each other forever after without Ranok being an absolute hypocrite or acting out of character.
Again, I absolutely love this VN, I mean no disrespect or hate towards Kael whatsoever. If anything I'd like to congratulate Kael on the amazing job he's doing and express my gratitude for sharing his work with us. However my point still stands, and you all are so much more than welcome to prove me wrong. I really want to change my mind, but can't find a reasonable argument to do so.
I'm hopeful that it would turn out to be the ultimate cliché where MC was having a nightmare after falling asleep mid-conversation. I just don't want to dislike the ship that made me love this VN.
I have finished the Shoichi's route as for now, and I absolutely loved it! However can someone tell me if there are better options to take since I want to have the best one possible, since he is the only one I adore so much. I was very pushy about his personal life like standing up to his father and reconnecting with his mother and he seems to be doing great with the mom and little to no progress in the dad department. When I could talk to Saya first choice was to talk about the offer, she is more involved in this and she deserved to know, and I was so happy to see she was cool abt it, but it totally crushed me how MC was uncomfortable later and it broke my heart to see that, so I checked the option to talk about Shoichi being pushy and even though they had a bit of a stumble on the street the rest of the date was hopefully great for the both of us. I do feel bad about not talking about colleague to Saya, but the relationship with Shoichi would be unbearable to watch to collapse. Any thoughts on that? Could something be done differentely?
